International Journalism · Ghent
A subeditors working from her desk at home. Freelance subediting is a thing nowadays. — Benedikte Vanderweeën
We are the International Journalism bachelor programme at Artevelde University of Applied Sciences in Ghent, Belgium. We train journalists who report for a global audience and who master the professional and technical skills the international media sector demands.
Our students produce cross-media reports, news items and journalistic stories: facts, context and conversations. They work in interdisciplinary teams with students of International Communication Management and International Graphic and Digital Media, just like in the industry. The work you see on this site is theirs.
